Double garage with mezzanine and kitchen and living renovation in St Kilda

In St Kilda, we built a new double lock up garage with an engineered mezzanine for mechanical storage, and renovated the kitchen and living areas of the existing home.

Opening up the living space meant structural changes to the existing house. We then installed a large vaulted ceiling with skylights, so the kitchen and living area now fill with natural light. On a tight inner city block, it adds usable space and transforms how the main living area feels.
