Project Brief
On this Seville property in the Yarra Ranges, we built a second dwelling designed as a granny flat. It has a one bedroom layout with a living area, a walk in robe, an ensuite and a deck off the front entrance.
We also added a large carport that ties into the existing house, and gave the original home a full new roof.
Joining new work to an existing house so it all reads as one is the hard part of a job like this. The owners now have a second home on the block and an original house with a brand new roof.
