We are always keen to meet good people, even when there is no role open today. Tell us who you are and what you do, and when the right spot comes up, you will be the first to hear from us.
Why work with us
We are family-run and we intend to stay that way. A small office team and a settled group of trades who have worked together for years. I meet every client myself and I stay in charge of your build until the keys are handed over.
Because we take on a small number of builds a year, there is time to do things properly. Programs are realistic, sites are clean, and nobody is asked to rush a job and then wear the blame for it. If you take pride in your work, you will not be fighting the schedule to show it.
We pay on time, we sort out problems directly, and we would rather train a good apprentice for four years than churn through casuals.

Paid weekly, on time, every time. We will talk numbers openly at the first conversation.
One job at a time
Our crews work together on one site at a time, while our site managers look after several builds.
Realistic programs
We allow for wet weather and long-lead materials up front, so nobody is asked to rush and then wear the blame.
A settled team
The same trades come back year after year. You will know everyone on site by name.
Real say in the work
Small business, no head office. If something on the drawings will not work, we want to hear it before it is built.
