Your contract price is fixed. The only things that change it are genuine variations to the scope of works or allowances, approved by you in writing before the work happens. We will never come back to you for more because we underestimated the job.

We finish when we say we will. Your completion date is guaranteed in our contract, not hoped for. If we run past that date, our contract ensures you’ll be paid accordingly for every week beyond that date.

Every job runs through our 300 point quality control checklist. You see it at every milestone, so you know the work has been checked before we move on. Anything that does not pass, we fix at our own cost before the next stage starts.

Every job gets its own WhatsApp group, with your site foreman, our office, and me in it from day one. Ask a question and you hear back within 24 hours. Someone is always there to pick it up, so you are never left wondering.
