Accessible bathroom, laundry and walk in robe renovation in Middle Park

Stevenson Construction has completed three projects for my partner and me and is about to commence a fourth.

We came across Glen Stevenson when he was building a self-contained residence on a property opposite the back of our garage. I was impressed by the workmanship of Glen’s subcontractors and equally as impressed by his supervision and management of the works.

I am retired from 50+ years in the commercial construction industry and not used to his level of professionalism in domestic building. Glen rebuilt a pop up clerestory structure on the roof of our town house. This was followed by the renovation of the ground floor of our town house, including kitchen and powder room, double glazing to windows and doors and hydronic heating, during the Covid lockdown. Glen recently upgraded the upper level of our townhouse, including bathrooms and bedrooms and waterproofing and tiling to a balcony, prior to the sale of the property.

Glen provided exceptional service and quality of work, great communication and budget management. He is straight forward, honest and responsible and a very experienced builder.

I am looking forward to Glen’s working with us on renovations to our recently purchased property.
